WILLS AND LEGAL RIGHTS SEMINARS AVAILABLE TO SENIORS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS

The AARP and Middlesex County Estate Planning council has encouraged Senior groups to provide programs to help seniors protect themselves and know their legal rights. Kenneth Vercammen have served as a speaker for Senior citizen and adult school programs on Wills and Estate Administration in Edison, Metuchen, Woodbridge, East Brunswick and throughout Middlesex County. These quality educational/consumer programs will educate and even entertain your members. We invite you to schedule a Wills seminar for the general benefit of your members.
The following Programs are now available:
1. WILLS & ESTATE ADMINISTRATION- PROTECT YOUR FAMILY AND MAKE PLANNING EASY
2. POWER OF ATTORNEY AND GUARDIANSHIP
3. ELDER LAW
All instructors are licensed attorneys who have been in practice at least ten years. We require all instructors to be members of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and their County Bar Association. Our speakers/ lecturers are not permitted to solicit your members. However, as an added service questions asked by attendees will be entertained. Volunteer Speakers are available during the day between 9am and 5pm. All programs include free written materials.
A free consultation card is provided to all who attend, which is usually a $85.00 fee. Use these private consultations with an experienced attorney to discuss your important legal matters, have a legal check-up, or discuss any specific legal problem that may need professional attention.
In today's complex world, in order to insure your estate plans are legally set up, you need to know exactly where you stand so that you can avoid mistakes that can have a catastrophic impact on your family and you. We also sponsor the website www.njlaws.com which contains 25 articles on Elder law and Probate. If you have an email address, we can send you the bi-weekly NJlaws email newsletter on Elder law, Insurance and consumer topics. For additional information on the Legal Seminars, contact our Coordinator Kenneth Vercammen, Esq. We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you or your officers to explain more about the Wills Seminars.
