1. What has your committee or board done since its last
report (e.g., conference call, meetings, publications, use of discussion lists,
planning for CLE programs, publications and articles, collaboration with other
committees, boards or sections, etc.)?
The
ABA Commission on Law and Aging has set up a webinar based on Ken V’s new ABA
book “Wills and Estate Administration”. The webinar is anticipated to be
rescheduled to end of May or June. This book was released the end of 2015. This
is Ken’s 3rd book for the Solo Division.
- Kenneth Vercammen has
participated in recent telephone conference calls with ABA Commission on Law
and Aging, and invites other members of committee to participate in all calls.

Some of the forms and Materials from the NJ Bar annual April Nuts and Bolts of
Elder Law will be posted online for ABA member use.
